Nature Leaders in Training is a week-long immersive experience for teens who thrive outside and feel connected to the natural world. Designed for curious, self-motivated teens, this program supports growth as leaders, mentors, and future stewards of the earth while spending full days outdoors.

Participants step into a guided leadership role while still fully enjoying the joy of camp. Teens help lead morning stretches and games, support transitions, assist with roll count and boundaries, and model respectful behavior. Along the way, they are introduced to basic safety awareness, first aid concepts, and outdoor skills such as knot tying, simple tool use, and shelter building — all with mentorship from experienced Evergreen educators.

This program is ideal for teens interested in working with children, outdoor leadership, environmental work, or future camp counselor roles, offering hands-on learning, teamwork, and plenty of outdoor fun.

Phone Policy: Phones may be brought for safety but must remain out of sight and unused during camp hours unless directed by staff.
